"I am writing to share my positive experience with Andy I have been with GEICO insurance policyholder for seven years. I recently reached out to them multiple times to inquire about lowering my insurance rates or obtaining a better rate for my coverage. The only option they offered was to reduce my coverage specifically by changing one of my policies from full coverage to liability. However, after speaking with Andy, I was able to maintain full coverage on both vehicles. Why also securing a better rate his assistance was greatly appreciated. And also looked into long term health insurance coverage."

"Anna-Mae, we value every feedback that we get at all times, however I am really saddened by the fact that you used profanity on the text and hung up on us, given you have been past due on your payments for 2 months now. The team is always trying to help customers to stay current and not have a lapse in coverages at any time. Given the past due payments and you have been insisting to waive your entire payment since you missed a bill, calling it our fault, is really sad and I hope you understand, that when you start a policy you have to make the payments to keep coverage we just try to reach out, before it's too late and there is not much we can do with past due payments, sorry. Wish you best - Andy"
