We are seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional who is motivated by income potential, personal growth, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact with Andy Manchanda State Farm.

This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, build strong customer relationships, and guide customers through important insurance decisions with confidence. Our approach is consultative, not forceful. We focus on understanding each customer’s needs, educating them on their options, and helping them choose the right coverage to protect what matters most.

You will be supported by Agent Andy Manchanda, who values strong performers, recognizes results, and is committed to helping the right person succeed. Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful customer relationships through a consultative, needs-based sales approach
  • Help customers understand their insurance options and recommend coverage that fits their needs
  • Identify opportunities to protect customers through auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
  • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and account updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and care
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity
  • Take ownership of daily sales goals, customer follow-up, and new business opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing office culture
Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Money-motivated, goal-driven, and excited by the opportunity to grow
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable having consultative sales conversations without using pressure-based tactics
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of results
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting
  • Customer service or insurance experience is a plus
