As a local State Farm Agent, I’m seeking an energetic and sales-minded individual to join my team. If you aspire to be a community advisor and lead your own business one day, this role is for you. I am committed to developing your business acumen and leadership skills to help you transition toward becoming a State Farm agent. You will gain hands-on experience in growing an agency while learning exactly what it takes to run a successful business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Life & Health license
